The location could not have been better for going to the races. Very accessible to dining and shopping. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. We enjoyed the front porch as well.

We had a very nice stay overnight, the morning staff at breakfast are very nice and friendly . The breakfast and coffee were very good . The only issue we had was the parking .. we had an early checkin at 2pm and all The limited spots were taken.. So we had to park down the road on Union Ave, which was fine, just a short walk.. there is supposed to be a spot for each room though..but other than parking we had a very nice stay and met some very nice people at breakfast .

Property was a hop, skip & jump to racetrack. Easy walk to shops & dining in town. Room was clean & spacious for two, as we had two rooms, one with a full bed, one with a twin bed. We had to park on street around corner, not a big deal. Overall, great spot!

Excellent stay at the Brunswick over Travers weekend. Room was very clean, location terrific (with free parking), and staff was attentive and helpful. We will definitely hope to stay again in the future.

A well located propert. On the positive side, the serves breakfast was excellent and the service was cordial, but overall, there are several deficiencies. The exterior, including the porch and its furniture aren’t well kept and the parking arrangements are inadequate and cramped. The suggested alternative is on an insecure, busy main street. Our room, #3, was small and cramped for two people with luggage. The television remote was incomprehensible. A table lamp was missing a bulb and neither of us could get hot water in the shower. The owners need to address these and other issues before rhey deserve a rating above 8.

No one greeted us upon arrival. There was no staff present except at breakfast, and that was one woman serving guests, and one person cooking in the kitchen who you never saw. The room was dirty. Surfaces were dusty, carpet and floors were dirty - found clipped toenails and fingernails, elastics, and general grime in our room. Made me question if my sheets were even clean. Exterior looked run down.

The self check in process was really easy and the room was great, including the private balcony I could enjoy. The parking is extremely tight and the spaces are limited. There are surrounding spaces for neighboring businesses but I was nervous to park there in case my car got towed. Detailed parking direction should have been provided with check in information.

This property is in a great location; however, it is badly in need of some TLC! Weeds growing around the front side, the paint on the porch is peeling, the welcome guest sheet looks dingy and old.....lighting needed dusting as well as the floor needed mopping. On the positive side, the staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

This property is impeccably clean and spotless ! Contactless check in but there are people to help and answer questions if needed. It’s an old building w old building issues: creaky floors, hot water in our shower was only warm at best, window AC units in each room. But the charm and ambiance makes up for it. The price is excellent. There is also coffee 24/7, extra towels and water as needed. Very friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast - even offered avacado toast. I would return here on my next visit to Saratoga.

The place was cute and charming. Our room was very hot. We did request an adjustment to the heat and it seemed better for a while but, in the middle of the night it was back to way too hot. I mean, dripping sweat. Luckily we were able to open windows & let cold air in. Other than that it was a nice place and the breakfast was good!

We really enjoyed our stay, cute, clean room and we had a private balcony-the parking situation is very tight-We parked on a side street and the weather was nice so not a big deal. It could pose a problem if it was a Winter visit. Full breakfast was very good!

I had a wonderful time staying at the Brunswick. The room was cute, clean and comfortable. I chose room 7 and enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub. My daughter was able to get ready for a prom that she was attending at the Hall of Springs and it was easy and hassle free to get there. The race track is right there too. We would stay there again if in the area. Definitely better than a hotel!

Our first B&B and it was a nice experience! We were in room #9 which it is private with a nice sitting area and a large jacuzzi in the corner if you like to take baths. The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was very delish. Close to everything which was great. We would go here again for sure!

My stay at the Brunswick B and B was everything I expected and more. The attention to detail and overall room accommodations were outstanding. Room 3 had a sitting area overlooking Union Avenue and made my mornings that much brighter as I had my coffee. The breakfast on both days were made to order and were excellent. Daniel, the host, was also available for any questions I had. I would recommend this establishment to my family and friends.

The place was lovely, breakfast was made to order with a number of choices, bed was comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. The only negative was the absolute lack of customer service. I had an issue with the lock on my door as soon as I arrived. Called twice, both times was told someone would get back to me. Sent two texts, no response. Never, ever heard from anyone, even after speaking to the woman serving breakfast. I was there for two nights, plenty of time to respond. Absolutely unacceptable to not receive a response of any kind.

On out way to Saratoga we got a call asking if we would change locations from this one, Brunswick B&B, to Union Gable which was just down the block. The person speaking to us said it was an upgrade but the room seemed the same. Anyway the Gable was lovely and charming. The couple who worked the morning were helpful and friendly. At night we returned to our room about 9:00 and text him that the remote battery for the fireplace was dead. He never responded and our room got a bit chilly during the night. That aside, the place was lovely.
On out way to Saratoga we got a call asking if we would change locations from this one, Brunswick B&B, to Union Gable which was just down the block. The person speaking to us said it was an upgrade but the room seemed the same. Anyway the Gable was lovely and charming. The couple who worked the morning were helpful and friendly. Clean and nice room The service is terrible. The portion of the breakfast are very small. I was supposed to received instruction to get to my room that I never received, I sent an email to the manager at 9pm and I never get an answer. When I call, it took a long time to have someone that could answer me, and they told me that there is no code on the door, but there is one. They told me that they cannot hold a bad securely for the day for me.

Property was a hop, skip & jump to racetrack. Easy walk to shops & dining in town. Room was clean & spacious for two, as we had two rooms, one with a full bed, one with a twin bed. We had to park on street around corner, not a big deal. Overall, great spot!

Well maintained property. The room was quaint and comfortable. Home cooked breakfast with several options to choose from. Walkable to Saratoga race track and it was fun to watch the horses train on the morning.

Didn’t appreciate call day before wanting specific time between 4&7 as to when I would be checking in. I didn’t know, I’m traveling m, I’m on vacation… Good location to walk to downtown but loud & busy cars constantly driving by as it’s on a main road, which I hadn’t realized. Breakfast was great as was the young lady working breakfast.

From the moment we checked in, we felt we were the only people there. They responded immediately to every call. The rooms were spotless. And best part was breakfast. We walked down to another bed and breakfast location for breakfast. We were again treated like royalty. This location was built in 1901. From the moment we walked in Chad our host took care of us. . Our breakfast was hot and delicious. After breakfast Chad took us on a tour of the house. Each bedroom was unique in design and decor. Chad was very informative about each room and it’s history. Can’t wait to come back next fall.

This is a fine and convenient place to stay on a pretty street between the Race Track and the town. It was mildly disappointing that for a B and B it had no special charm and the proprietors never greeted us -- only staff. The breakfast was good but, also, not generous. Nonetheless a comfortable, clean, pleasant place for Saratoga Springs.

We were very disappointed that we were unable to stay at the Brunswick. Prior to our stay, we were emailed about breakfast not being served and asking us to select a room at Union Gables instead. We were told the room would be an upgrade - it was not - the bathroom was small, the shower was old and had spackle dried up on the shower handle; it was disappointing since we really were hoping to stay at the Brunswick. We did not realize until we got there that there would be no breakfast served at Union Gables as well. We were told by staff that they do not do breakfast during the off season - if were knew that we would have stayed at a hotel or another B&B that offers all its amenities even during the "off season". We have stayed at both Union Gables and The Brunswick before during the off season and never had such issues. Unfortunately, we will not return.

Room 3 had a sitting area overlooking Union Avenue and made my mornings that much brighter as I had my coffee. The breakfast on both days were made to order and were excellent. Daniel, the host, was also available for any questions I had. I would recommend this establishment to my family and friends.

rooms were beatiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing plenty of choice gor sweet or savory breakfast eaters. Parking was very tight and not really enough spaces for all the rooms. There does not seem to be sny on site staff, just a number to call for problems.
