Front side of property is loud from traffic; sounds like windows are open when they are shut. Parking lot completely full especially with work trucks and semis taking up multiple spaces. People are forced to park in firelanes. Checked in, but my jacuzzi room was "unavailable". They gave me a non jacuzzi room but charged me the same price. The door to this room would not open. Front desk gave me new keys, tried them but door still stuck shut, lock functioned but door physically would bot open, back to front desk where i was given a disability accessible room on the front side of the building. Hard to sleep due to traffic outside and thin walls and ceilings so you can hear work crews up late and getting up super early. Not great experience.

We were told upon arrival that the elevators were broken and our room was on the top floor which was not something that we could really vibe with, for reasons. They made us pay for one night because we "cancelled within 24 hours" or something. I wrote a bread review on Google and they called the next day advising we were refunded. Ok I'm the end but definitely could have been handled better from the start.

The pool in the hotel was down, but was able to go to the pool at the hotel next door. They had cookies baked and breakfast was great! Def will be staying here when we come back!

Loud roadway below room, problem notes in the morning -little to no window insulation The parking lot is a problem, especially with contractor vehicles… I was afraid our vehicle would get damaged as parking was very tight with no open spots available. Access to the area is great

The elevator was broken. The first room that was assigned was not clean/ready for a new guest, therefore had to walk back downstairs to get a new room assigned. The new room was situated on the street side so there was traffic noise but we left the bathroom fan on to drown out the noise. You can see wear on most finishes of the room and it could stand to be freshened up or remodeled in the near future.

The staff was mainly friendly. The room was disgusting. Carpet stains of food and who knows what else, old food behind the microwave hutch. Headboards had a mysterious white substance. The bathroom sink still had ketchup on it from the previous renters and hair in the tub. We were so exhausted that switching hotels at that point was going to be too complicated. For the price of the room, I'm very disappointed.

The halls and room were extremely dirty/musty smelling the entire visit. We sprayed perfume and Febreze and nothing helped! Come to discover, there is mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom of our room. The tiles in the bathroom are jacked up! Cut my toe on the one in front of the toilet because it was sticking up out of the ground. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was small but ok. Will not stay again!

Upon arrival, we were hit with a $100 deposit (not noted when booking). No big deal, whatever. We left to eat with our daughter who is an App student. Came back to the hotel only to find the fire alarm was going off and we were not allowed entry. For over two hours, we sat in the parking lot waiting to have access to the room we paid for. Finally got in around midnight. The jet tub was full of hair, thank God in brought bleach! Cleaned it myself. Black mold all over granite shower wall, dirty towels, ants in room. Advised to reach out to booking site to be told to reach out to hotel. Finally offered a 50% discount for first night. Even after I had to clean the room my self (basically), fought ants (even in the bed!!), and dealt with no entry to room. Curtains torn. Furniture dirty and stained. 0/10 would not recommend. Property has lack of concern for guest comfort and an utter disregard for customer service. What a disappointment!!!

The room was DIRTY. Mold in shower and bathroom, ants on dressers, burned out lights, dirty socks from a previous visitor and the carpet was filthy. It obviously hasnt been deep cleaned in a very long time.

Beautiful room and hotel. The bed was very comfortable! The tile in the bathroom floor was uneven from a previous repair. That could be a tripping hazard, which was reported. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Great location

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the free breakfast, a nice variety of options to start the day off right. The only downsides were a few issues with the room. The carpeting looked a little worn and had some stains, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, the traffic noise from the street outside was noticeable and did wake me up a couple of times during the night.

While staying at Country Inn & Suites my vehicle was damaged by a third party contractor. After pointing out the damage to my vehicle to the on duty clerk, he contacted the General Manager, Sam King. Within 3 hours Mr King had contacted the contractor's general manager and together they contacted a body shop of my choice and made an appointment to have my vehicle repaired at their expense. Mr King and his staff went above and beyond to make certain my vehicle would be repaired and the rest of our stay was enjoyable. It was a pleasure to see old fashion care and concern for the customer. Thank you Mr King.

This property has become our go to place to stay in the Boone, NC area as this was our 6th visit in the past 2 years. The property is well maintained no matter what season of the year ( have stayed there with snow and ice). The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Our trip was for one night only because we went up for skiing. The hotel is average in every aspect, no surprises. However, the front desk guy was very rude (I don’t know his name and certainly I won’t describe him for his physical appearance, even tho I could). The front desk lady at night was also rude: she was sleeping in the reception and got upset because I asked for hot water for the coffee/tea bar in the lobby. Room was average and cleaning was average. The only good thing is the location: in downtown Boone and close to everything.

booked two rooms at well over area rates. Upon check in, the rooms were filthy. Debris on the bed, hairs on the pillow, water and bathrooms smelled of mildew and bleach. Hot water took forever, toilet was leaking. We turned around and went directly back to the desk and let MONTANA the night auditor know we were not staying, it was unacceptable. He told us he had had several complaints about the state of the housekeeping and that he would contact the manager and get us a full refund. Next day, I called Julie, the manager and she refused to issue a refund, argued that the rooms were not fine stating, "I don't run a filthy hotel" then accused me of cursing at her and hung up on me. this happed 4 times, I kept calling back and she would yell and hang up on me. Horrible experience, also complained to choice hotels/Radison. I am disputing the charges to my Credit card.

We booked the room with a jacuzzi tub for our wedding anniversary. The jacuzzi was great, and the cleaning crew was very helpful. Upon arrival, however, we checked in with the front office and were allowed to go to our room. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff had just started cleaning it. We had to wait for them to finish. We nearly missed our dinner reservation that evening because of the wait. The cleaning staff was very apologetic and gave us extra towels. We also had issues with our key and the door latch. We appreciated the cleaning staff, but we were frustrated with the front desk’s lack of communication with other staff members. We will likely not stay here again.

There was nobody to check me in after a 12 hour drive. Took 15 minutes for desk clerk to show up. She was running this hotel plus the one next door. They turned off the water in the middle of the day with no warning - in the middle of my daughter’s shower. She had to sit with soap all over her body and shampoo in her hair for 20 mins. No hot water for my shower. I started laundry and had to redo it 3 times due to water being in and off. Fire alarm went off and woke us up very early on day 1. Lost a full day of vacation dealing with laundry and am angry. Would never recommend this place. Lack of management. Seems unsafe to have a hotel with no front desk clerk.

Montana greeted us at check in and was very accomadating. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Jamie was kind and helpful. The whole staff was very nice and friendly. We were very comfortable and look forward to returning. The breakfast was great. Jamie and Montana are outgoing and personable. Great stay!

Be sure to verify your room accommodations before you leave the desk and the room number. It was relatively clean and quiet on the parking lot side. The balcony in the dining room opens up on the street where all the noise came from. Better signage to find the driveway would be helpful.

Everything was consistent with a highly-rated facility - the staff was way better than most 5-star motels. The bed was very good, but the covers were tight-weave polyester and therefore too hot for comfort. The front of the Motel is steps away from the busiest highway in Boone (and will have construction for the next few weeks); the entrance (on the other side) was very good and that side was much quieter. All-in-all will deserve a higher rating on expedia!

Great stay. Very clean room and dining area for breakfast was kept spotless! Kudos to Leon regarding that! Desk staff were congenial and helpful as well! One suggestion would be to label drawer where coffee pot was stored in the our room. We did not know it was kept there until 3rd day lol! All else was wonderful. We will stay here again!

The breakfast was fantastic! Janie, who looks after the breakfast, is the best at customer service! Front desk staff unfriendly. Room mostly clean except floors. Neighbors in Rm. 103 (next door) on the second night were extremely noisy. Plumbing needs to be looked into. TV remote in sitting area didn't work properly. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. However, this hotel is overall sub-par for the brand.

The hotel was in a good location to explore the area. Only negative thing was the breakfast options. We stayed for 3 nights and got biscuits and gravy twice. No potato at all and only had protein once. Will stay again but will plan to eat out for breakfast

Hotel staff was very gracious and accomodating in allowing me to check-in an hour early, once room was cleaned, enabling to get started on some necessary paperwork. Only criticism was that the breakfast for my two-day stay was the same with very little animal protein, except for boiled eggs and sausage gravy. Way too heavy on the carbs.

The room was great except for the sink was stopped up so badly that we couldn't use it due to badly clogged drain. Although, they did say it will be fixed. My main problem was 2 out of 3 mornings we had to eat breakfast out because they didn't have eggs and meat of any kind. I am on a strict diet where I eat nothing with wheat, ie (no gravy, bread, pancakes, cereal, etc.) It was very frustrating to expect breakfast and have to pay for eating out. A few months ago we stayed in town at another Hotel, for 8 nights and they had eggs and meat every day.
