Only negative was that I had to drive around the parking lot for 20 mins last night and never found a parking spot. Staff graciously let me park beneath the check in overhang but obviously not enough parking spots at the hotel for peak occupancy.

First we asked the desk staff for a valet cart and she said they didn’t have one. Then we saw two carts while we were there! There were long hairs on the shower wall that were there previously and mold in the shower. There was no maid service on our two night stay and that was not advertised. Our room key only worked on the 3rd or 4th try each time. Our refrigerator had ice 3 inches thick on the freezer and we asked to have it exchanged but it never happened. I am a Boone native and was there to visit my mom and family. But I will not be back to this hotel. Would never recommend!!

The room had no towels when we got there. Housekeeping came up and supplied them. The room had an order that smelt like dogs had been there. The tub in the bath room made a crackling noise when you moved around while taking a shower. I finally left early on the last night of our stay. Couldn’t take another night of the smell. There were also a lot of noise of someone (child) running around. Hope others didn’t experience this. H.Griffin

I have stayed at this location around five or more times in the last year and at least three of those, the room has been unclean and nasty. I complained each time and was assured it would be clean on future visits. The manager was nice and even refunded my money on one occasion. However, the cleanliness doesn't change. On this occasion, I also had to listen to a loud steady water drip outside the window from the rain. Something white was smeared down the mini fridge in the room, and visual feces was around the rim of the toilet. I have been scared to shower here without shower shoes and now Im afraid to sit on the toilet. Who knows what if anything has been cleaned? Over $200 a night for a nasty room.

Hard to sleep here. Lots of road noise and the fan/heat is loud and runs all or none This makes it either loud and stuffy and cold. Otherwise, it was clean, staff was nice

This was the third hotel we stayed in the last few nights, as we were traveling far, and the best one of all three. Decor was modern, it was clean, and the staff was friendly. For the price point, I recommend it if in Boone.

No fan in the room or bathroom. No fan to turn on for air circulation just the air conditioner that didn’t stay on. Thin walls. Too much noise. We paid for 2 nights but left after one. I’m surprised you would send so many notices to rate it since I paid for 2 days and left after one.

It has two positives, relatively close to campus and cheaper for the location. Otherwise, it's a somehow rundown not that old hotel. The beds are worn out. Parts of the facility are literally being patched together with painter's tape. The shower was weird, but that might have been due to our room being beside the elevator and weird shape. However, the rooms are clean. The Staff I interacted with are very friendly and helpful. It won't be a top choice in the future, but it will work in a pinch.

Staff at the front desk were very nice, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The heat in our room smelled dusty and triggered my allergies. The elevator and halllways showed their age and needed to be vacuumed. Breakfast met the need for nourishment and the eggs were beautifully prepared. I was disappointed when I found packs of instant oatmeal vs the real thing. There were two coffee options, decaf and house blend served in the lobby from the pump style carafe. I was hopeful for more of a luxury feel but maybe that was expecting too much for the price.

From the time of check-in this hotel was a disappointment. The lady the checked me in was rude and wasn't listening to me even after I spelled my last name for her 2x and showed her my reservation that I was at the wrong hotel. I was at the correct hotel! Breakfast was a joke. The selection of food was very limited and there wasn't enough to go around. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. Non of us adults could sleep either night due to the beds being so uncomfortable. We stayed on the first floor and the hotel was overall very dirty. The hallways were dirty and smelled really bad. The rooms themselves smelled like wet dog....we did not travel with an animal nor did we ask for a pet friendly room.

I really had a great expierence with Sleep Inn, their manager Linda was very amazing and she was very patient with me and my family. When we arrived originally they took us out of the system, however they allowed us to sleep in the room we chose and pay the next day after services were fixed, this is an absolute amazing community! This will be our vacation place moving forward when we arrive to NC.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Clean and quiet place. The staffs are very accomodating and approachable. It is very easy to request for some things like extra sheets for the pull out sofa or trash bags. The breakfast is good and tasty. Location is near so many convenience/grocery stores and other hotels.

Overall, it was a decent property. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The room overall could have been cleaner. Found food on the carpet from previous occupant. The room was quiet though. Had been concerned with proximity to the ice machine but didn't hear it more than once. Wall insulation is pretty good, didn't hear neighbors much. Location is accessible by car but not walkable once there. Still had to drive for eating locations, not a lot of great restaurants nearby. Would stay again if passing through for a night but would likely look for better location if staying in Boone longer. Outside landscaping was pretty.

The property was nice; however, it was difficult to find. The GPS directions take you the wrong was on Hwy. 105. Additionally, I arrived a little early to check in time and had to wait on a room to become ready for check-in. I waited about 20-25 minutes.

Almost everything about the stay was great. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good too. A lot of options. My only complaint is a minor one. The shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. You could tell there was mineral deposits or something limiting the water pressure out of certain holes in the shower head when I tried all the settings. Other than that, everything either met or exceeded my expectations.

The staff was great. They were nice, friendly and very helpful. The room was as expected; clean and comfortable. We stayed three nights; maid service did not come to the room during that time. That was OK for us for eco reasons, but we were not informed of that policy when we checked in. There is no fitness center on site, but free access is available at Anytime Gym across the street. I went once and did not stay long; Next time I went to The Gym 3 miles away and paid $10 for a day pass ($20 for 7 days); that was better and I would go back. The worst amenity at Sleep Inn was the breakfast; especially the eggs and the coffee. The in-room coffee was a little better. The eggs looked like yellow pancakes and were terrible. We ate breakfast at Pennywise, a corner gas station and store 4 minute walk away; you can order up front and sit down to eat; they served real eggs and their coffee was very good.
