The accommodations were great. The breakfast menu was varied and healthy, and the staff were most helpful when I was trying to locate an EV charging station. I'll definitely stay here again. Great value for the price. (ya'll need to get an EV charger.)

The staff was super friendly and the Hampton was a nice one with some balcony rooms. I like to stay at Hamptons they meet my minimum expectations at a fair price. Room was nice except keeping the sun out and room dark as the sun rose was an issue for sleeping in. The only other negative was the brealfast was just so so I have had much better at other Hamptons. No hot tub but a clean pool didn't see the gym

Our room was great and just as described. The lobby is nice and loved the fire pit on the cool nights! The continental breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Easy convenient parking, very clean, good breakfast, cozy decor, room was quiet but not so quiet that it was weird. The only negative thing I can think of is the toilet was very very short. Lol I guess if you're not tall that would not be an issue, though. I'd give it a 5 out of 5 stars and recommend to others. 👍

Property was right off the highway as you came into town. Staff and employees were a highly integrated team, very customer-oriented, courteous, & friendly. Provided a wonderful, varied breakfast daily from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. First-class amenities. Hotel needs exterior cameras in parking lot areas. Someone creased the passenger side front door of my SUV while it was parked in a handicapped spot in front of the hotel overnight but could not determine which other vehicle or time of accident due to lack of cameras or witnesses.

Came to Boone for daughter’s wedding. Loved the service and friendliness of entire staff. Every employee I passed greeted me and asked me how I was and if I was enjoying my stay. The fact that they allow pets and that their pet free is reasonable, is why I choose Hampton Inn & Suites.

A $75 pet fee +5 dollar tax on that $80 for one night for a little tiny pet that only slept in the room with us? Nothing was mentioned on Hotels.com about that amount we knew we had to pay a fee but not $80 and when we checked in no one said the fee was $80!

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. I felt safe staying there and the location was convenient. The beds weren't very comfortable and the air conditioner unit in our room made loud, strange noises. Overall though it was a good experience and I would stay there again.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had from a hotel! Great variety, everything was hot and staff was attending to area to keep it stocked and cleaned. They also offered us complimentary waters and great cookies at check in. We came in late and left right after breakfast so we didnt get to use any of the amenities but everywhere we saw looked clean and kept up.

Every employee we encountered was nice, friendly, helpful, courteous. The breakfast was amazing. The bathroom was super clean and neat. The only reason we gave 4 stars is that one of the beds squeaked every time he rolled over....kind of annoying at night... and both beds were REALLY firm mattresses. Otherwise, VERY nice hotel.

Front desk was great and check in was quick and easy. Hotel is in good shape. Pool is a bit small but normal I guess, not very many chairs and it filled up quick. Room was clean, but had some hair in sheets, so I was a little nervous if they were changed or cleaned properly. The bed was ok, could’ve been a bit softer. Worst part was our room was next to the elevator, so the worst spot to begin with, the elevator made an awful squealing noise that was very annoying at night and early morning. Just too much commotion and noise for us. Will probably stay again but will definitely request a quiet location.

Disappointed that the rooms no longer have microwaves. We had leftovers and wanted to heat them up. Also, we use it for microwaving popcorn to have when watching a movie! Hope they bring the microwaves back.

Excellent customer service. The staff made our stay amazing. They continued to check in with us to see how our stay was going. The rooms were very clean and we were very happy. The only thing I wish we could change is the noise from the road was very loud. Overall I give it 5 stars

Very clean and the staff was friendly. I did not like that they did not have a jacuzzi as other Hampton Inns provide. It was also difficult pulling out onto the highway from the entrance.

This is an excellent hotel; I have used it frequently and will continue to do so. These items will not prevent me from staying there. Two cons: 1) The TV and bed are arranged at right angles in the room. It makes it difficult to watch while in the bed. The TV swivels some but not much. 2) Not really the hotels fault but the traffic noise from 421 is very noticeable in the rooms on the front side. The backside rooms are probably quieter. Left turns out if the parking lot can be tricky with the traffic on 421.

We were there for graduation and booked a room with a balcony. It was so small could even enjoy! Breakfast was horrible didn’t even eat! It was eggs with peppers and maple sausage. Fruit was Green bananas.
